For auction is a pretty unique old antique souvenir from the Paris Colonial Exposition of 1931. This item is a 2-blade folding pocket knife. It has a plastic (did not smell like bakelite when rubbed warm) wrap-around style single scale. On one side is printed "Souvenir de Paris - Exposition Coloniale 1931," and on the reverse is "Temple D'Angkor" with a colored print of the building. The knife is in overall very good condition - a small chip out of the scale on one side; a teeny split of the scale at the larger blade end; the smaller blade does not 'snap' into position, but does extend all the way and stay in place; larger blade has a good snap out; pins nice and tight; very little corrosion on blades (have not attempted to clean). Closed, the knife measures 3-1/8" long. Longer blade open, it measures about 5". No manufacture markings that I see. Given the item and age, this may be darn near a one-of-a-kind knife anymore.
