    This is a collection of 8 front pages only, from issues of
    The Illustrated London News
    published between 1851 and 1856. They are all
    over 160 years old
    .
    They each measure about 10.5 x 15.5 inches in size, and are generally in very good condition. Each page features a woodcut engraving from Paris, France, which occupies at least half of the page. All but one (“Triumphal Entry of the Emperor Napoleon”) also has an article related to the scene, usually on the reverse side of the page.
